Before you move in, we will make sure your apartment is move-in ready by doing a deep clean of the unit, and shampooing or replacing the carpet, depending on the condition of the carpet.
Yes, we have three maintenance staff members, and two of those people live on the property.
You can either call the leasing office, stop by the leasing office in person, or submit a service request in the resident portal.
If it's an emergency, the maintenance will be handled right away, but if it's just a standard service request, it will be done in the order the requests came in.
No, not unless you want to be present.
Yes, as long you don’t damage anything, and the apartment is restored to its original condition it was in upon moving in when you decide to move out.
You will need to call the office, listen to the voice recorder, select option number 2 for a maintenance emergency, and one of our maintenance staff members will call you back for the next steps.
Yes, you will be responsible for replacing light bulbs, smoke detector batteries and water filters.

We don't have strict quiet hours, but we do tell everyone to be respectful of others and be mindful of their noise after 10pm. We also rent out the clubhouse for $200.
